Characteristics
of die-casting production
Die-casting is a method that uses high temperature to press
the melted alloy into precise molds. It uses mould design and
costs least to manufacture products with complicate and variable
structure. And by different product characters, choosing different
alloy casting, the surface of work pieces is dealt with many
kinds of treatments such as electroplating and baking finishing
and so on, with low cost of production, and get products with
high additional value. Moreover, since alloy die castings all
have excellent heat exchange and conductivity, strong pressure
proof, and remainders are easy to reclaim and treat, therefore,
it is the most economical casting method.
