Ningbo Beilun Daxing Mould Co., Ltd. is located
in Beilun District, Ningbo City,  Zhejiang Province, which is always known as “township
of mould”. It is professionally engaged in design, research
and development, manufacture and processing and distribution
of professional die casting moulds and plastic mould manufacture
and it is an ISO9001-2000 certificate enterprise with a certain
scale of processing and manufacture. The company is near the
“Tong-San Expressway”, the national artery of communications,
and one of the largest ports in the world-Beilun Port, 35 km
away from the international airport, which is the convenient
path of the domestic and foreign trade for it.
Established in 1991 and after many years’ extractive operation,
our company has realizes a full set of mature, standardized,
advanced product mould design, search and manufacture. Now the
company involves in mould making (die casting mould, plastic
mould), processing and manufacture of die casting products and
plastic products for three fields. Among them, its annual output
of die casting moulds and plastic moulds are 150-200 sets. The
company carries out ISO9001 quality system strictly, every step
from raw material to production process is according to strict
craft operation and furnished with high-quality supervisors
and perfect coordinate survey inspection equipments, effectively
control production and process and guarantee the quality of
every product. Now the qualified rate of finished products,
delivering rate and customer satisfaction degree all exceed
over 98%.
The company attaches great importance to quality control,
technological  innovation and efficiency,throughput promotion.
During mould production, we fully implement CAD/CAM/CAE, constantly
absorb advanced technology of international mould industry,
moulds and products have obtained reliance and satisfaction
from domestic and overseas traveling traders. Products (such
as precision die castings, auto parts, motor parts, electromechanical
products, tools and apparatuses, zinc die castings and so on”
are exported to countries and regions such as USA, Italy, Taiwan
and so on.
There are machining center,Claming Die Machine, electric
spark, and wire cutting machine, CNC machine tools and precision
grinders etc. in mould workshop now.
There are 4 cold-room die casting machines of 160-800 ton
of Hong Kong Lijing in die-casting workshop.
Metalworking workshop is equipped with strong Taiwan many
axle precision processing equipments with powerful throughput
and strict management control during the course of manufacture.
There are 10 sets of 80-250g Haitian plastic injection machines
in plastic workshop.
